Family Promise of Hawaiʻi is a 501(c)3 nonprofit working to prevent and end homelessness for families with children. Our mission is to help homeless and low-income families in Hawaiʻi achieve sustainable independence by mobilizing existing community resources and support. We provide emergency shelter, rental assistance, prevention/diversion services, and holistic case management.
The Case Manager quickly transitions families from homelessness to permanent housing, following a housing-first, trauma-informed approach. The Case Manager also prevents and diverts families from becoming homeless. The Case Manager assists families in overcoming barriers to sustainable independence, including finding and securing employment, increasing earning potential, maintaining housing, and accessing public benefits. The Case Manager reports to the Director of Family Services.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this full-time position is $50,000 – $55,000.
